things i learned over thanksgiving...
- leftovers should be thrown away after day #1 to avoid mass overeating
- i might become a wino
- chocolate chip cheese balls aren't as gross as they sound
- breaking dawn is fan-fucking-tastic, ngl
- half my family is nuts (knew that anyway, buuut i was heavily reminded)
and last but not least...
- MY SISTER IS PREGNANT! i'm gonna be an aunt in june!! so excited!

dinner tonight with a "family member" i can't stand. kill me now. and hope to goodness i don't get stuck sitting across from her this time. i know i'm not exactly ms. optimism, but i can't stand 24/7 negative bullshit. the last time we ate out as a group, all i heard was how her steak wasn't cooked the way she liked it, her chair was uncomfortable, it was too cold in the restaurant, the table was too small for our party (it wasn't), etc etc etc. know what, ashlie? NO ONE CARES.
you'd think that i was talking about a bitter old women here, but no. she's only 20.
